First of all, thank you Robyn and Ellen, for your comments! It's always fun to exchange thoughts and ideas with readers, and the process sparks off inspiration for other ideas.
And so, I'm inspired to write more about freedom. This time, it's about freeing the body from potential illnesses caused by what we wear.
Years ago I came across this website . It contains information about the disadvantages of wearing a bra. One of these disadvantages is the link to breast cancer. You may read more about the cause and effect of bra leading to bad breast health from the website.
To this day, no one could really pinpoint at the cause for cancer. There has been evidence pointing at the increasingly poisonous food, poisonous environment, and of course, the negative, poisonous mind. The famous Swedish natural doctor, Paavo Airola, wrote in a book: happy people do not get cancer. I am no doctor, but I am a believer of the connection between the mind and body.
So, the challenge is, how to go out and about without a bra! Here are some tips:
1. If you wear a jacket or a blazer, with no intention of taking it off, go without a bra.
2. T-shirts that have much patterns and colors on them takes the attention away from the nipples, hence you may go braless with those.
3. Buy tank tops that have double layers at the chest area.
4. Bring the attention away from the torso to the neck and head area. Wear a great pair of earrings, or a nice short necklace.
5. Wear Dreamshapers.
6. If all else fails (meaning that there is no way you are to go braless), make sure you go braless at home.
7. Contrary to the conventional thinking that the chest should not be bouncing up and down while exercising, newer evidence shows that it is actually good for them to move around - it all has to do with lymphatic drainage.
If you have successful experiences where you go braless without being noticed, let me know!
